Our Compliance Practice provides solutions that help clients comply with the myriad of anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), USA Patriot Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA, and UK Bribery Act Regulations to identifying potential risk factors in the early stages of considering new business relationships and investments.

As Business Development, you will contribute to the growth of the Compliance practice by driving revenue growth by way of securing and building new client relationships, with a primary focus on new business development.

This will be achieved through sound account planning, prospecting to identify high quality clients, qualifying and developing assigned accounts in a given geographic territory, understanding clients’ business environment, educating clients on product offerings, and identifying ways the company can assist clients in solving business problems.

Above all, you must be able to demonstrate a passion and energy for this role, and possess the confidence and ability to drive forward PVAG’S leadership in this dynamic and challenging field.

Responsibilities

Develop market presence for Our Compliance solutions and capabilities with primary responsibility for originating new business and managing strategic client relationships.

➤ Creates and leverages new business opportunities.

➤ Develops, executes sales plans and coordinates sales efforts to achieve revenue targets.

➤ Meets or exceeds defined sales quota through strategic account planning, networking and use of company resources.

➤ Builds and develops client presentations and proposals that demonstrate high value proposition for proposed solutions.

➤ Provides though leadership and subject matter expertise.

➤ Partners with Marketing in planning and executing sales initiatives: actively participates in marketing events for lead generation (industry trade shows, seminars, conferences, professional associations, etc.).

➤ Assists Head of Business Development in identifying optimal solutions for target markets: provides strategic input into the content for key client presentations.

➤ Maintains thorough understanding of Compliance product offerings and tailors software presentation to meet the needs of different types of organizations.

➤ Tracks and maintains all prospect and client activity in Salesforce.
